Makeup Brush Galore =D...

I had ordered a set of BH Cosmetics brushes about a week and a half ago and it finally arrived! I love makeup and all things related but I was lacking in brushes. So me being me, which is unable to wait and build a collection one brush at a time… I went right ahead and bought the 36 piece set so heres to the unboxing :)

The brushes show up in your typical boxed packaging, with all your tracking and information on the outside. Once you open up the box theres a paper mesh lined with tissue paper that is encasing your brush roll. Also inside the box they have your receipt and a little flyer advertising their makeup.

Unwrapping the paper you have your brush roll inside another plastic packaging. It was a nice and easy package to go through, and sorry about the red glare I was wearing a red t-shirt and totally was too excited to notice that it was showing up in the picture!

Taking off the plastic packaging this is what the case looks like, the picture doesn't do it much justice but this baby is a monster its big enough to be mistaken for a clutch. So on the faux leather casing it has a cute little clasp to keep the bag closed, as well as the embossed bhcosmetics logo. The case did have a rather strong scent to it almost like that of paint or dye, but I found that the scent fades out.

To open her up you need a lot of space! It unravels about four and a half to five times before it reveals its goodies. So inside all 36 brushes are each in their individual slots and packaged in a plastic slip. As you can see in the picture there are flaps which come down over the brushes to keep them safe.

The brushes are said to be a blend of synthetic and natural hair, and they are unbelievably soft. They also have the perfect amount of density and stiffness about them. I have yet to wash them to see how they stand up against shedding, but without the wash and quite brutal manipulation they have held up fantastic so far.

A few of the finer eyeliner brushes along with the small fan brush and majority of the larger face brushes all come in a plastic liner to keep the brush from being damaged in the rolling and storing process. So for a first glance the brushes are absolutely amazing, and I will be doing an in-depth review for the brushes after I get more usage out of them. However for now, the price for which I got them is an absolute steal and the quality is absolutely amazing! They are very inexpensive brushes and are a perfect gift for any girl to have especially if you are starting out with brushes.
