Sephora Product Review -- Skincare Edition

Guess who’s back… Back again xD
So yeah it has been a long time coming this post but lets get real sometimes you’re just way to lazy to even bother with things am I right or am I right? So about a month or two ago (most likely two months ago >_<) I went into Sephora and purchased quite a bit of new products to try out, and of course they all happened to be skincare. In my defence good skin brings good fortune… how you ask? well its simple! when your skin looks flawless you need less make up to cover up therefore your hard earned money stays put *cough cough* hahaha xD. Anyways… let us dive right into this!

Tarte-a-li-cious...

The Holiday season comes along bringing with it its twinkling lights, cold chilly air, the beautiful decorations, and the glamorous gift sets! From the numerous ones to choose from I happened to go for the Tarte Sweet Indulgence: 3 in 1 Gift set; hopefully as just a starter ;). This gorgeous set comes with two amazonian clay blushes, three lipsurgence products (a lipgloss and two lip cremes), sixteen eyeshadows, three eyeliners, and two mascaras! Everything is full sized on top of it all :)

Skincare Routine…

A healthy skincare routine is probably the most stubborn routine to perfect in my opinion. Besides finding the right routine that works for you there's the whole idea about keeping up with it even on those days when you just want to couch potato through the day.

Makeup Brush Galore =D...

I had ordered a set of BH Cosmetics brushes about a week and a half ago and it finally arrived! I love makeup and all things related but I was lacking in brushes. So me being me, which is unable to wait and build a collection one brush at a time… I went right ahead and bought the 36 piece set so heres to the unboxing :)

Old is Gold...

After an entire afternoon of shopping and the watchful eyes of my bestie to prevent me from spending too much money, I just had to repurchase my staple products. The products which fuel my vanity and are the golden eggs of my wild goose chase! Kiehl's has been my go to for quite sometime when it comes to my facial skin care, and I know that not everyone is a fan of their products but they have just worked for me so I roll with it.

Henna cookies...

Cookies don't need to be made or eaten on special occasions but these here festive cookies were made for a south asian styled henna party, which is traditionally called a Mendhi or Dholki. These sugar cookies are perfect to be given away as favours to all the guests and with that being said a lot of them needed to be made!

Lusharies...

Hey loves, so in yesterdays post I mentioned my lusharies finally arrived but it turns out they arrived a few days before I just hadn't checked my mail box. Due to that the bath melts I ordered totally melted before I got a chance to use them boo! None the less I was still very excited to get tearing through the box, almost just as excited as actually being in the Lush shop itself.

So when the box arrived it looked something like this with the bright orange fragile sticker, the Lush logo, and the barcode and tracking number as well.

Peonies at Midnight...

Every lie wide awake in bed as you watched the clock turn midnight? There is something about this time that just gets your mind re-evaluating, planning, and dreaming of things that exist or changes that need to be made. I'd say it's the time your mind decides to go on a philosophical adventure of what could become and that which has.

Like peonies, this time is precious and signifies a lingering beauty that dances its way into the night. With the ever growing moon light and glistening stars, its beauty captivates you. Its radiant floral heart and addictive warmth leads the night on in mysterious ways into vibrant optimism. Peonies at midnight represents just that; optimism. It is a blog about everything and anything that brings along captivation, addiction, mystery, and adventure.

xoxo
